Privacy is very important to us, so we handle your data carefully. Here we explain what data we need and what exactly happens with your data:

Online booking on our website:

By booking online on our website first and last name, e-mail address, street, postcode, city, telephone number, arrival and departure date and country of origin are recorded. The country of origin is important to us so that we know in which language we should respond. This data will then be stored in our booking calendar. Only Sabine, Engelbert and I have access to this calendar. These data are then stored about 4 years in our calendar. This happens so that we can check if you have been there before (for the arrival information) and which rooms you have booked, because some of our guests want to stay in the same room as last time.

At the arrival:

At the arrival the guest registration must be done. In addition to the name and address, arrival and departure date, the birth date of the children is recorded there. We have to bring these registrations to the tourist office in Imst and a copy remains with us. We have to keep this for 7 years.

Furthermore, the name and address as well as arrival and departure are also recorded on the bills, these are then passed on to our accounting and kept for 7 years.
